Ron Sexsmith is one of the most successful Canadian singer-songwriters. He has worked with Daniel Lanois, Mitchell Froom, Ane Brun, Tchad Blake and Bob Rock. His songs can be heard on albums by Rod Stewart, Michael Bublé, K.D. Lang, Emmylou Harris and Feist. In 2010, filmmaker Doug Arrowsmith made a highly acclaimed documentary about Ron entitled "Love Shines". In 2017, Ron published his first book, a fairy tale entitled "Deer Life".
