How do you grade the condition of your records?
We use the Goldmine Standard for all our listings. Each record is visually inspected and, where necessary, play-tested to ensure accuracy. Grades range from Mint (M) to Good (G).
How are the vinyl records packaged for shipping?
We use heavy-duty, reinforced cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl. Records are removed from their outer sleeves to prevent seam splits during transit, unless the item is factory sealed.
Do you buy second-hand record collections?
Yes, we are always looking for quality pre-loved vinyl. You can bring your collection to our physical store for appraisal or contact us via email for larger collections that may require a home visit.
What is your return policy for faulty items?
If a record is found to be defective or not as described, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please contact our support team to initiate a return label.
Do you offer international shipping?
We ship worldwide using tracked postal services. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your specific location.
Can I pick up my order in-store?
Absolutely. Simply select the 'Local Pickup' option at checkout, and we will send you a notification as soon as your order is ready for collection at our shop.
