Originally released on A&M Records in 1975, 'Diamonds & Rust' marked a change of direction for Baez; it gave her songs about heart and politics an unashamedly commercial edge and returned her to the US top 20 for the first time in four years.

This reissue, released to celebrate the album's 50th anniversary, is a faithful reproduction of the original A&M UK release and has been pressed on 180-gram vinyl.
