In April of last year, Hans Zimmer launched his major "The World Of Hans Zimmer - A Symphonic Celebration" tour, which was continued several times due to its huge success. in 2019, the album now comes to the concert tour.

For "The World of Hans Zimmer - A Symphonic Celebration," the film composer rearranged some of his greatest pieces, spending months creating elaborate concert suites of his best-known melodies, including "The Dark Knight," "The Da Vinci Code," "The Lion King," "Pirates of the Caribbean," and many more, to create a self-contained symphonic work. The World of Hans Zimmer - A Symphonic Celebration" was finally recorded as part of the "Hollywood in Vienna" festival at the Konzerthaus Wien, together with the ORF Radio Symphony Orchestra Vienna, the choir Neue Wiener Stimmen conducted by Martin Gellner and some renowned artists, for example Valentina Nafornita, Lisa Gerrard and Pedro Eustache. Gavin Greenaway was responsible as musical director.

The result is a very special concert experience that will delight not only classical and film lovers: "The World of Hans Zimmer - A Symphonic Celebration".
